A Seneca Falls man was arrested on a bench warrant for failure to appear.
The warrant for Johnathon Flesch’s arrest was issued when he allegedly failed to appear for his scheduled court date on July 6th. Flesch was originally charged with petit larceny, obstructing governmental administration, and resisting arrest.
Flesch was transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await arraignment.
