Grant Application Would Help Papa Bear Cupola

Seneca County will apply for a grant that would help pay for the restoration of the cupola on the Papa Bear Courthouse at the Three Bears Complex in Ovid.

A Consolidated Funding Application grant would cover three-quarters of the project’s $300,000. The county would apply for funding through the Finger Lakes Regional Economic Development Council.
