A Penn Yan man was arrested Wednesday on an active warrant out of the town of Jerusalem.
The warrant for Shawn Radka’s arrest stems from an alleged domestic violence incident that occurred on June 22nd. Radka was taken into custody by the Yates County Sheriff’s Office and was brought to County Jail to await CAP arraignment.
Penn Yan Police assisted the sheriff’s office with the arrest.
