The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 25 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

Lyons Woman Arrested for Violating Probation

The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Lyons woman for Violation of Probation.

Connie Cotturone of Lyons was arrested on a warrant for Violation of Probation after allegedly violating the conditions of said probation.

Cotturone was arrested at the Wayne County Jail where she is currently incarcerated for a previous charge.
