Police arrested a Penn Yan woman after she allegedly took a delivery package meant for her neighbor without her neighbor’s permission.
A witness told police they watched 76-year-old Joyce Miller pulling the package into her apartment, a claim that Miller later admitted to.
Miller was charged with petit larceny and will appear in Penn Yan Village Court at a later date.
