    The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 15 to 20 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes. Very cold temperatures can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

Canandaigua Man Accused of Child Sex Abuse

A joint investigation by Child Protective Services, the Child Advocacy Center, and Canandaigua Police resulted in the arrest of a Canandaigua man on child sex abuse charges.

47-year-old Todd Holton is accused of having sexual contact with a child while in the Ontario County city.

Following his arraignment, Holton was brought to Ontario County Jail and was being held without bail.
