The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 15 to 20 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes. Very cold temperatures can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

Maryland Man Arrested on Felonies in Seneca Falls

A Maryland man has been arrested by the Seneca Falls Police Department on felony charges of criminal contempt.

Luis Lopez is accused of repeatedly contacting a person while there was a stay-away order in place banning such contact.

Lopez was arraigned in Seneca Falls Town Court and was placed on pre-trial release pending his next court date.
