A Penn Yan man was arrested Thursday night following a traffic stop in the village.
Officers observed 38-year-old Darren Hoose driving a vehicle that had an apparent equipment violation. A check of Hoose’s license revealed it had been suspended.
Hoose was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and was released to appear in Penn Yan Village Court at a later date.
