    IMPACTS
    The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 15 to 20 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes. Very cold temperatures can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.
    ADDITIONAL DETAILS
    Actual air temperature will be below zero each night through Sunday morning. The prolonged cold could cause pipes to freeze or burst. Daytime high temperatures will climb above zero with afternoon highs of 10 to 20 degrees above zero.
    PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS
    Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a hat, and gloves. Keep pets indoors as much as possible.

Driver Arrested for March Accident in Wayne County

The driver of a car involved in a one-car accident on Atlantic Avenue in Walworth back on March 25th has been arrested.

According to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office, 28-year-old Benjamin Walls, of Webster, lost control of his car and went off the road, and rolled over several times after striking an embankment. Following receipt of blood panel results that were drawn at the scene, Walls was arrested after it was determined he had a blood alcohol content of .24.

Walls was charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated, possession of an open container, driving while using a mobile device, and failure to keep right.
