    IMPACTS
    The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 15 to 20 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes. Very cold temperatures can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.
    ADDITIONAL DETAILS
    Actual air temperature will be below zero each night through Sunday morning. The prolonged cold could cause pipes to freeze or burst. Daytime high temperatures will climb above zero with afternoon highs of 10 to 20 degrees above zero.
    PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS
    Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a hat, and gloves. Keep pets indoors as much as possible.

Troopers Continue Manhunt for PA Fugitive with ties to NY

New York State Troopers are continuing to assist Pennsylvania State Police and the US Marshals in their search for 34-year old Michael Burham.

Originally from Jamestown, New York, Burham escaped Warren County Jail in Pennsylvania last Friday.

He is considered armed and dangerous and police are reminding the community to lock their doors and windows. You’re are also urged to call 911 if you see him or believe he has taken something from your property.

Among his crimes, Burham is suspected of killing a Chautauqua County woman in May.
