A Level Three Sex Offender who resides in the village of Penn Yan has been arrested for allegedly having sexual contact with a relative.
Roger Keech is accused of having forcible sexual contact with the victim. The 43-year-old was taken into custody without incident. Keech was jailed on felony charges of predatory sexual assault, criminal sexual act, and incest.
Keech was convicted in 1997 of sexually abusing two boys, ages 11 and 8, and was sentenced to one year in county jail.
