One man is in custody after breaking another’s jaw last week in Canandaigua.
According to police, 39-year old Israel Rivera became belligerent at a business around 9:45 on the morning of June 28th. He then struck and employee in the face, breaking their jaw.
Rivera was charged with Assault and taken to Ontario County Jail for arraignment.
