Canandaigua Police Department Release-
On June 26th, 2023, at approximately 2:37 PM, the City of Canandaigua Police Department, arrested 33-year-old City of Canandaigua resident, Eric C. Velez-Vera, for one count of Rape in the Third Degree.
It is alleged that between the dates of February 27th, 2023 and May 29th, 2023, Velez-Vera engaged in sexual intercourse several times with a person less than 17 years old.
Velez-Vera was processed without incident, and transported to the Ontario County Jail for arraignment at CAP Court.
