A Bath woman was arrested by State Police after she allegedly stole shoes from a store in Steuben County.
39-year-old Tonya Bennett was located near the store where the alleged larceny occurred and she was found to be in possession of the shoes. Bennett was also allegedly found to be in possession of a controlled substance.
Bennett was subsequently arrested for criminal possession of a controlled substance and was ordered to appear in Erwin Town Court.
