A Rochester woman was being held in the Yates County Jail after being arrested on a Superior Court Bench Warrant that was issued three years ago.
38-year-old Ashley Nielsen was wanted for allegedly not complying with Yates County Drug Court conditions. She was located by the Gates Police Department last Tuesday and was brought to Penn Yan.
Nielsen will remain jailed until the next available Yates County Court session.
