A Wolcott man has been arrested after selling marijuana to an underaged person.
State Police say they arrested 55-year old Mark Krause on Sunday after he allegedly sold pot to a 19-year old at the Dollar General in the village the day before.
Krause was issued an appearance ticket for village court.
