A Lyons man was arrested Thursday on a bench warrant issued out of Lyons Town Court.
The warrant for Jermaine Richardson’s arrest stems from his failure to appear in court for a previous petit larceny charge. Richardson allegedly stole a thirty-pack of beer from a Lyons gas station in 2022. Sheriff’s Deputies located Richardson on Phelps Street in Lyons and took him into custody.
Richardson was transported to the Wayne County Jail to await CAP arraignment and is scheduled to appear in Lyons Town Court at a later date.
