According to the Sheriff’s Office, after responding to the report of stolen merchandise on Saturday, 32-year old Manzel Maxwell was found with the property in his vehicle.
Maxwell received a two year ban from the store and was taken to jail for arraignment. He was released on an appearance ticket for Junius Town Court.
