An accident on Riverfront Road in the town of Brutus resulted in a Florida woman’s arrest.
State Police charged 60-year-old Cathy Johnson with Driving While Intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with Blood Alcohol Content greater than .08%, and a traffic infraction.
Johnson will appear in Brutus Town Court on June 13th to answer the charges.
