A Steuben County man has been arrested on felony charges in connection to an alleged theft.
28-year-old Stanley Sellard, of Urbana, is accused of stealing property worth more than $1,000 from another person. He was charged with grand larceny and criminal possession of stolen property.
Sellard was sent to Steuben County Jail following his arraignment.
