A 65-year-old Penn Yan man faces a charge of felony manslaughter in Schuyler County after police say he sold drugs to a woman that resulted in her death.
According to an indictment, Ted Miller allegedly sold drugs to Kimberly Owens in March of 2022, which ultimately led to her death. The type of drug sold was not identified.
Miller was also indicted on a charge of felony criminal sale of a controlled substance and was sent to Schuyler County Jail in lieu of bail following his Thursday arraignment.
The Schuyler County Sheriff’s Department and Schuyler County District Attorney’s Office worked in collaboration to bring these charges against Miller
