Rushville Man Accused of Violating Order of Protection

A Rushville man has been arrested on criminal contempt charges.

Wesley Cole, Junior was arrested at the Yates County Jail on Tuesday for allegedly violating a duly served Order of Protection issued out of Yates County CAP Court.

Cole will appear at the next session of Yates County CAP Court for arraignment on the charge
