A Stanley man was arrested for allegedly driving drunk with a child under the age of 15 in the car. Michael Iversen’s arrest stems from a traffic stop conducted by the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office on Monday night in the area of Route 96 and West River Road for an expired inspection sticker.
After further investigation, the 44-year-old Iversen was arrested for Driving While intoxicated, aggravated Driving While Intoxicated with a child less than 15 in the car and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
Iversen was taken to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await CAP Court.
