A Canandaigua man has been arrested for an incident that happened in the Ontario County city almost one month ago.
It is alleged that on April 21st, Thomas Daniels violated a refrain from an order of protection by subjecting the protected party to physical contact.
Daniels was processed without incident, arraigned on a charge of criminal contempt, and released on an appearance ticket.
