A Steuben County Grand Jury has indicted a Bath man on a felony strangulation charge.
Darren Ollis is accused of strangling and forcibly touching the intimate parts of a person under the age of 17. The alleged incident happened in the town of Bath. In addition to strangulation, Ollis was charged with forcible touching and endangering the welfare of a child.
Ollis was released following his arraignment.
