Regan Explains Run for Geneva City Mayor

SHARE NOW

She has served as Ward Three Councilor in the city of Geneva and now she wants to become the next mayor. On “FLX Morning” on Tuesday, Jan Regan told Ted Baker why she decided to run for Mayor.

“I see the importance of City Council, what it could be….the way these meetings have been run to me is at the core of why things have been so uncivil, said Regan. “I would like a hand at trying to craft a City Council that is respectful of each other, civil meetings and productive.”

Regan will face off in the June 27th Democratic primary against incumbent Mayor Steve Valentino. The city’s Democratic Committee has endorsed Regan in her primary bid.
