The investigation into a car accident that happened on April 15th in Wayne County has resulted in the arrest of a 27-year-old Arcadia man.
It is alleged that Alfredo Fonseca was driving under the influence of drugs and alcohol when his car left Hydesville Road in Arcadia and crashed into a ditch. Fonseca’s car rolled over several times and caught fire.
Fonseca was charged with DWI, BAC of .08 or Greater, DWAI combined drugs and alcohol, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and moving from lane unsafely.
Fonseca was issued appearance tickets for Arcadia Town Court to answer the charges.
