An investigation into an incident that happened last month in Seneca Falls has resulted in the arrest of a 31-year-old Waterloo man.
Gavin Brown is accused of causing physical injury to a child in the presence of another child. He was charged with assault and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
Brown was transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await arraignment.
