A Schuyler County man has been indicted on charges related to his arrest back in March.
Shawn Mitstifer is accused of knowingly entering a home in the Chemung County town of Veteran on March 9th and stealing $3,000 worth of property including shotguns, rifles, coins, and jewelry. The investigation led to a search warrant being executed at a home in Horseheads where several more items were recovered.
The 26-year-old Cayuta man was indicted by a Chemung County Grand Jury on charges of criminal possession of stolen property, burglary, and grand larceny.
