The work is starting on Phase 1 of the transformation of the It’s A Wonderful Life Museum in Seneca Falls.
Yesterday, contractors blocked the entrance to the museum and placed a large dumpster in front of the Fall Street building.
Seneca Falls was awarded $912-thousand dollars in Downtown Revitalization Initiative (DRI) funding for structural stabilization, facade renovations, enhanced accessibility, and improved signage.
While work on the museum is underway, the collection of movie memorabilia has been moved to 76-Fall Street-the old National Women’s Hall of Fame Building.
