A man was arrested on a felony charge following the investigation of a larceny at a Seneca Falls business.
45-year-old Luis Soto-Burgos is accused of stealing a cell phone that had been set on the counter by an employee.
Soto-Burgos was charged with grand larceny and was released on an appearance ticket for Seneca Falls Town Court.
