A Penn Yan man was ticketed by village police following a Saturday night traffic stop.
Ryan Hoose was pulled over after being spotted driving on Liberty Street while having a headlight out. A check of the 31-year-old’s license revealed it had been revoked and he was driving without an ignition interlock device. He was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and operating out of Ignition Interlock restrictions.
Hoose will appear in Penn Yan Village Court at a later date.
