The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office has arrested an Orchard Park man on criminal contempt charges for an incident that happened Sunday night.
Deputies were called to a business where 37-year-old Andrew LaPorta remained while knowing there was a person on site who had an active stay-away order of protection in place. He was arrested without incident and was sent to Seneca County Jail to await arraignment.
Laporta was convicted in March of last year for criminal contempt in the town of Hamburg.
