A Canandaigua man was arrested by Penn Yan Police on Saturday following a traffic stop in the village.
Ted Holton was observed to be driving on Lake Street in Penn Yan while allegedly having a suspended New York State driver’s license.
Holton was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and was released on an appearance ticket for Penn Yan Village Court.
