A Penn Yan man was charged with driving while intoxicated following an ATV accident in the town of Jerusalem.
The Yates County Sheriff’s Office reports it happened at 9 o’clock Friday night on Skyline Drive.
The driver of the ATV, Matthew Chambers, of Penn Yan, was subsequently arrested for DWI and transported to Yates County Jail for a chemical breath test and was held for Yates County CAP Court arraignment.
