A Seneca Falls man will appear in Waterloo Town Court after being arrested on a charge of welfare fraud.
Robert Steen is accused of failing to disclose household income while receiving monetary benefits from Seneca County.
Steen was also charged with offering a false instrument for filing and misuse of food stamps.
