Minnesota has The Mall of America, so could New York have The Mall of Marijuana?
That’s the plan for a Wayne County businessman.
David Tulley, the owner of the consulting and marketing firm “I’m Stuck”, tells the Auburn Citizen he will open his seventh location soon in the Finger Lakes Mall. The new mall store will follow the business model of giving cannabis to customers when they pay for a consultations about which pot products would most meet their needs.
Tulley says he would one day like to see the entire space used as a marijuana mall, including a cannabis edible restaurant and movie theater and an indoor growing marijuana facility.
None of Tully’s businesses are licensed by the state.
He currently has two Cayuga County locations one in downtown Auburn and another across Routes 5&20 from the mall in Aurelius. That location would close when he opens in the mall by later this month.
His target date for opening in the Finger Lakes Mall is April 20th.
