Two Finger Lakes eating establishments are reopening while a third is shutting its doors.
One Cayuga County restaurant is back in business after a December fire burnt down its kitchen and closed the business.
Dugan’s Country Grill reopened Wednesday at its Route 34B location in Aurora.
After the fire, the community showed great support for the business by creating fundraisers to help support reconstruction efforts. Dugan’s has also announced it is returning to its normal Wednesday through Sunday business hours.
One downtown Geneva bar is attempting a comeback, while another has closed it doors.
The Dean’s List will play at FLX LIVE on Saturday.
Recently the live music venue has featured a couple of other shows after being closed for 3-years.
Earlier this week, longtime favorite-Pinky’s Restaurant-closed its doors. Former Geneva Mayor and owner Frank “Pinky” Cecere has run the restaurant since 1967.
Cecere was elected an At-Large City Councilor in 1976, serving eight years. He served two terms as mayor, from 1984-’87 and 1992-’95.
