A Monroe County man has been charged with selling crack cocaine in the city of Canandaigua.
34-year-old Lloyd Kennedy, the Third, of Brockport, was charged with criminal sale of a controlled substance. Kennedy is being held at the Ontario County Jail without bail.
The Canandaigua Police Department was assisted by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office and New York State Parole during the investigation.
