A Wayne County man was arrested by the Yates County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday on two outstanding bench warrants issued out of Middlesex Town Court.
The warrants for Alan Mack’s arrest stemmed from his alleged failure to appear for previous court appearances.
With help from the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office, Mack, who is from Rose, was brought to Yates County to await CAP arraignment.
