The investigation into a disturbance in Wayne County resulted in the arrest of a Waterloo man for allegedly possessing an illegal firearm.
21-year-old Login Malchoff was pulled over while operating a motorcycle in Galen. In addition to being charged with criminal possession of a weapon, Malchoff was charged with driving an unregistered and uninspected motorcycle, unlicensed operation, aggravated unlicensed operation, unapproved helmet, and operating without insurance.
Malchoff was brought to Wayne County Jail to await arraignment.
