A Penn Yan man was arrested by the Yates County Sheriff’s Office on a warrant issued out of Milo Town Court.
The warrant for Christopher Johnston was issued due to his alleged probation violation.
Johnston was brought to the Yates County Jail and was being held for arraignment.
