A Wayne County man has been arrested on a fugitive from justice warrant.
50-year-old Timothy McCarty was wanted on charges of grand larceny, breaking and entering, and distribution of methadone in Virginia. The Wolcott man was taken to Wayne County Jail to await extradition.
The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by New York State Police-Wolcott in its investigation.
