An Interlaken man was arrested following a reported domestic violence incident in Seneca County.
59-year-old Gerald Veeder is accused of shoving the victim in the face and grabbing them by the neck, impeding their breathing.
Veeder was charged with criminal obstruction of breathing and harassment before being brought to the Seneca County Jail to await centralized arraignment.
