The investigation into a domestic incident resulted in the arrest of a 27-year-old Seneca Falls man.
Todd Murphy, Junior, is accused of going inside the victim’s apartment while a full stay-away order of protection was in effect against him. Murphy was charged with criminal contempt and aggravated family offense.
Murphy was brought to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await arraignment.
