A Sodus man faces harassment and petit larceny charges following an investigation into an incident that occurred Thursday night at Paton’s Market in Sodus.
21-year-old Dominick Mason is accused of stealing merchandise from the store before getting into a physical altercation with store employees.
Mason was released on appearance tickets for Sodus Town Court.
