A Seneca County sex offender was arrested by authorities in Wayne County for allegedly failing to update his address with the state’s sex offender registry.
36-year-old Kevin Himes is also accused of failing to appear in Lyons Town Court on March 7th on separate charges and a bench warrant was issued. Himes was located in Seneca County by authorities there and was turned over to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office.
Himes was brought to the Wayne County Jail to await arraignment.
