    In New York, Chemung, Schuyler, Seneca, Southern Cayuga, Steuben, Tompkins, and Yates Counties. In Pennsylvania, Bradford and Wyoming Counties.
    WHEN
    From 2 PM this afternoon to 2 PM EDT Saturday.
    IMPACTS
    Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
    ADDITIONAL DETAILS
    There will be several periods of stronger winds, with this afternoon seeing strong southerly winds, then a break this evening, before stronger west wind develop tonight into Saturday.

Hobart Hockey Hero’s Homecoming

It was a packed Scandling Center at Hobart and William Smith Colleges Monday evening when the Hobart hockey team returned to campus after winning the national championship.

Hobart Coach Mark Taylor hopes the team will repeat one day with some company, looking towards the day when both Hobart and William Smith hockey teams win national championships.

The Statesmen beat Adrian 3-2 in the NCAA Division III Men’s Ice Hockey National Championship Sunday night. It is the first national title in program history for Hobart hockey.

The team was greeted at the bus by a crowd including the Hobart Lacrosse team that ran to Pulteney Street from their practice.
