The investigation into a single-car crash in Ontario County has resulted in the arrest of a 58-year-old Town of Richmond man.
During their investigation of the accident on County Road 36 in Naples, Ontario County Sheriff’s Deputies said Bruce Bartz displayed obvious signs of intoxication.
Bartz was charged with DWI and ordered to appear in Naples Town Court at a later date.
