Law Enforcement Stepping Up Patrols for St Patrick’s Day Weekend

If you plan on going out to party for Saint Patrick’s Day, you’ll need to plan a safe way to get home.

Law enforcement will be stepping up their patrols to combat drunk and impaired driving throughout the state. State Police will also be conducting checks of retail establishments to target the underage sale of alcohol.

During last year’s campaign, troopers arrested 381 people for drunk driving and issued over 26-thousand total tickets.
